Just wondering. I wear a nursing bra all the time occasionally a nursing tank with a bra.

I wear a nursing bra with pads in all day and night (I went back to work), when I’m home I sometimes wear just a nursing tank with nursing pads. I tried wearing a nursing bra and a nursing tank but was so uncomfortable around my bust so now I do either or.

I wear a bra like 3 hours a day... I work from home so I only throw one on when the rest of the house is getting home from the office and then rip it right back off after cleaning up dinner.

I never liked not wearing a bra before, so I change into the sleep bras when I’m home. Sometimes I’ll sleep in just a nursing tank. I don’t ever leak so I’m not really worried about that. I just don’t like my boobs being loose haha

My supply hasn’t regulated yet. I would be soaked 24/7 if I didn’t wear a bra and nursing pads all the time!
