Vitex?

Can I have your stories from taking vitex? I have irregular periods for about 6 years now, TTC 4 years. No positive OPK in 4 months. Thanks in advance! ❤️

I hadn’t had a period in months after stopping birth control so I tried vitex, not even 2 weeks after taking it I got a 7 day period, 28 days later and I had a 6 day period. I believe vitex helped me. After the first period I stopped it, and it just came by itself the next month. I feel like it did help me! It also seemed to help my headache too. I usually have a headache every other day, and while taking it I didn’t have any! Worth a shot

Vitex made me gain weight last month and feel bloated. I didn’t even get my period... 
Anyway once I stopped, things went back to normal for me, and I realized to do what my doctor tells me (not what ppl have experimented with) :l
