Hi guys! So I’m 20 and this if my first time ever being on birth control and I’m pretty nervous about it.

I got it off a website since I don’t have insurance atm so I don’t have a doctor, but I felt the need to start taking it (if you know what I mean)

Mostly nervous of how my body will react, like the weight gain, acne, mood swings, etc.

Does anyone have any tips or experience that may want to share to ease my nerves going into this? Today was day one for me.

(Also how do the placebo pills work? Can I get pregnant during that week??)
