Long cycles suck!!!!!

My normal cycle is 43-45 days. Because it has been consistent the past 8 months my doctor doesn’t think I have PCOS. I am on day 65 of my current cycle WTH!!! I have taken a test every day since day 40, all have been negative. My doctor can’t see me until June. Any tips for starting AF??
