Measuring smaller than expected

I had a 9 week ultrasound last week but Bub was only measuring like it was 6 weeks. No heart rate present. I could be off with my dates but I thought I was pretty spot on. I’m going back for a repeat ultrasound next week but I’m so worried. I have no cramping, no bleeding, still feeling sick, but terrified that it might not be viable 😓
