For those taking Maca root. Did it make you ovulate early or late or not at all?

I've just taken it for the first time this cycle. saw my dr this morning for ovulation tracking (day 15) and she said it looks like I've either ovulated early or not ovulated at all and not going to.

However, just now I just had a large amount of ewcm again. Feeling confused. Surely if I was still going to ovulate my follicles would be indicting so. My dr said my follicles looked small around what they would look like on day 5. But so why am I still having ewcm???

Waiting on bloods to confirm my LH surge if any.
