For those who make their own purees
I wanted to go down the BLW route but for right now purees are working better for us (I'll start more *self fed solids, not purees* after hubby and I attend a baby first aid/CPR class at the end of the month because choking freaks me out haha).
For those of you who make your own purees - what have you made so far? Here's my list:
Carrots
Apples
Sweet potato
Black beans
Zucchini
Butternut squash
Banana
Avocado
Black beans and sweet potato
Apple and kiwi
Carrots and sweet potato
Black beans and red bell pepper
Zucchini and red bell pepper
Do those foods and combinations sound normal to you? I'm from Texas but live in France and when I bring stuff like avocado, beans, or peppers to day care, the lady looks at me like I'm crazy. Lol.
ETA: I know it's not actually BLW if I've already given purees. I've corrected the post. My real question is about purees and food combinations, not the definition of BLW Thanks. :)
