Nausea + hunger?

This is so upsetting... I'm sooooo hungry, but almost everything looks/smells awful 😭😭 Anyone else going through this?

Yes! 6 weeks today and all I want is popsicles...everything else makes me feel sick to even think abt. But I'm starving all the time
