So last night around 5pm i got a positive hcg test

So this morning i was excited to take another test to see how dark the line got an now its negative ( i might see faint line but idk)

Im getting a frer later to take but wondering if anyone had this happen an still ended up pregnant? Im really worried about this an i can't get to see my doctor as I'm in the middle of moving out of state.
