OPK suddenly way lighter?

So my OPK was so close to positive yesterday.. then I took one with FMU today and it was way lighter and barely positive... Does that mean I ovulated yesterday? My pee wasn't as dark this morning as well.. Shouldn't OPKs be consistently getting darker?

I would say yours isn’t a technical positive but it looks like you have a short surge and just missed your proper positive!! I can do this if I miss my surge! Do you do your temperature too? 
I have a very short surge as you can see and have to test like 4 times in one day to catch a true positive

Yesterday’s looks positive to me.  I only ever get one positive next day tends to be negative again.  I ovulate (going by temp) the day I get my positive normally
