Tell me why I’m like this

So I use to always be in the mood and especially if I was with my boyfriend we’d have such good sex and for the past month I haven’t been in the mood at all by myself or with him. It’s actually starting to annoy me bc I literally can’t get horny. Has anyone had this issue and if so what did u do to fix it?
