Anal fissure in 8 month old

Anyone ever deal with an anal fissure in their baby? My girl has been having some pretty big firm poos over the past week, so I’ve been giving her prunes ever so often to try to help her out. I just got done changing a poopy diaper, it was normal size but pretty firm. As I was wiping her, I noticed she had 2 tears on her anus. It didn’t bother her when I wiped, but as she’s my first, I’ve never experienced this before so I’m kind of worried. Any advice? I put a+d on her like I always do after she poops.
