Going into work late

So my boyfriend and I kind of got into an argument this morning because he wanted to be late for work and I kept pushing him to get up so he wouldn’t be late and he decided to go back to sleep for like an hour and a half. Is it wrong for me to try to push him into not being late all the time or should I just leave him alone?
