Postpartum period?

Are any Jan. Mommy’s still waiting on there first period? I never breastfeed because my milk never came in ... but I have still not had my period yet . My son was born Jan 23 via C section. I have been having on and off cramps and sore breast for almost 2 weeks now and still no period . Any other moms still waiting ?

I gave birth January 21 and have been breastfeeding. Haven’t gotten my period or bled at all since 6 weeks PP. I got freaked out and took a pregnancy test but it was negative.

My baby was born Jan 10. He’s been formula fed from the beginning. I actually just messaged my doctor yesterday and Asked when I should get my period since I haven’t yet. He said I need to take a pregnancy test, and if it’s negative go get evaluated. So I guess this isn’t normal...

Baby girl was born January 29th. I got my period 7 weeks pp but it's only been very light spitting and only lasts 3 or 4 days. I am breast feeding
