Whose baby isn’t sleeping through the night?!

Question

My 3month old still only sleeps for 1.5-2.5 hours at night before waking to eat.  It’s not a dream feed, she wakes up crying and takes 30mins to an hour to go back to sleep.  Is anyone else still not getting any rest or am I all alone.  Please give any tips if you’re lucky.  I’m almost desperate enough to try oatmeal cereal in her night bottle...

It really depends on how you define it. My daughter sleeps a 5-6 hour stretch which is medically considered sleeping through the night. She does NOT go 12 hrs without being fed.

My three month old just started sleeping through the night after waking up every three hours to feed. Before bed (9:30-10) I do activities with her (tummy time), feed her half a feeding, take a 15-20 minute bath, give her a 5 minute massage then feed her the other half. She goes right to sleep and will sleep for 6-8 hours straight.

My baby is 3 months,  it varies by night,  last night he went 4 hours, then 3, then 2, then 1,  then 30 min and that was it,  the night before that he did 2 4 hour stretches.   Other times he has done 5-6 hours followed by another 2-3 hours.    During growth spurts or bad Nights he wakes up every 1-2 hours.

My daughter slept from about 9:30-6 2 days ago and it was amazing besides the part when I woke up and my boobs were rock hard!!! And last night she only woke up once. It’s amazing lol I’m so glad I’m finally getting sleep

I’ve found the better naps during the day my baby gets the better she sleeps at night. For example yesterday she took about a 20-30 minute nap every 2 hours of being awake but a 2 hour nap after lunch. Last night she slept from 9pm-8am without making a sound. I don’t do any cereal or anything like that.. just a routine I’ve followed everyday since day one. I also put her to bed drowsy and not sleeping already and she puts herself to bed which makes life really easy for us! I think it really just depends on the baby.. I’ve been super lucky with one that values sleep lol

You need the Little Ones sleep program! It’s not sleep training and there’s absolutely no crying it out. My baby sleeps 7pm-7am every night and only wakes maybe once a week for a feed! The trick is all in the naps during the day! If they don’t get enough sleep or too much sleep and the wrong amounts of awake time during the day then they won’t sleep properly at night.

Make sure you little one isn’t overtired to begin with. Be sure to let your baby sleep during the day in day light rooms and a dark room at night. Being over tired or overstimulated can cause baby to wake up. 
With both of my children we started a strict bedtime routine. Your routine can be whatever works for your family. Some babies like a warm bath to calm down, soothing white noise, etc. for us we were always upstairs lights off by 8:30. We make sure baby gets changed and into regular clothes during the day and footie jammies for bedtime. We swaddle her with her arms out, bottle in a pitch dark room, and rock till she’s just about to doze off and into bed. Usually it only takes 5-10 minutes. The minute I hear her moving around at night, which is usually between 3-4:30am, I break a bottle out and feed her, while her eyes are closed. I don’t take her out of bed to change her diaper unless she pooped. 
I did this with my son also and he’s a super sleeper too at 2 years old and we still follow this same routine with a little modification. It’ll be a little process to find out what works in your house but routines typically give way to healthy sleep cycles.
