Has anyone tried CoQ10 to help with fertility?

I took it this past month and I think it helped raise my progesterone. We didn't get to have sex during fertile window this cycle bc RE was running test but my blood work came back with a stronger ovulation the the cycle prior. Staying on it, hopefully helps next cycle!

Yes! I had a much stronger ovulation the month we started using it too (got pregnant that cycle). It's great for energy too, I'll be taking it once my pregnancy is done as well.
