Bleeding on nexplanon and I’ve had it for 6 months

Okay girls I need some advice! I’ve been on Nexplanon for 6 months and here just recently I have been spotting for about a month now. When I first got it I bled super heavy for 3 weeks. The doctor said it was normal. When the spotting I have something there’s chunks of what look like tissue. Makes me super uneasy have a miscarriage before. Please I need advice!
