When do prenatals start to work

I didn’t take them before i got pregnant just a multivitamin
Should i take both the multi and prenatal for a month at least? Before just taking prenatal

No just prenatals and make sure with has dha if not take fish oils

It’s a vitamin, so it works the moment it’s digested. It’s not like medications that need to be taken regularly to be effective. Even if you miss a vitamin here and there it will still work the way it’s supposed to.
