Could I have ovulated on the pill?

Ok so this last month I didn’t take my birth control pill one night because I had asleep but I took it like 18 hours later when I remembered. I was scared I was pregnant as I got a super light period and tested the whole week after my “period” all negatives. But because I missed a pill would that maybe cause ovulation on my pill free time? I had sex during this time but pulled out. Am I okay? I’m going to test in a few days again
