Tailbone pain

Is anyone else experiencing excruciating pain in the tailbone? It hurts so much that I can barely sit. I’m currently lying down with a heating pad on my low back/butt. Any other tips to make it go away? I’m 23 weeks and didn’t think this would start so soon!
