Surprise Trip for my Girlfriend

Right girls, I have booked a 3 day trip back to my girlfriends home country for us to go on our 2 year anniversary next month as I know she’s been feeling very home sick recently since moving down here.

I am going to surprise her on her birthday at the end of this month BUT the only problem is, I don’t know how I could do it. I’ve thought of doing a poem or something, but even then presenting a basic handwritten poem in a card isn’t good enough in my eyes.

Any ideas on what I could do? Maybe a parcel parcel type thing? We will be going to Sweden if that helps anyone’s ideas.
