Low self esteem, what do you guys think?

So I have very low self esteem some days and so days I have a lot of confidence. I just want other people’s input that aren’t just people like my friends and family who feel like they have to be nice.

It’s normal. I think every human goes thru that. The trick is to always remind yourself bad times will pass.  remind yourself of the days you were full of confidence
