Allergies ??

Question

My son developed this rash we have been to pediatrician and they think its something environmental that he is allergic too...Any body baby experience a rash like this what did you use to treat it ???

Update: I think i have found the remedy organic unrefined coconut oil has almost completely cleared his rash up !!!

This rashes happened to my baby
When I used dreft detergent on his clothes once and when I used soap directly on his skin even if it was sensitive skin soap and when I used lavender oatmeal lotion. Now I just put soap on a little rag and water it down when I bathe him and I put aquaphor on him 2-3 times a day , and changed detergent to honest co. and it went away in 2 days when it happened.
Now I only use aquaphor and cera-v baby lotion on him after his baths. 
Soap bath I use aquaphor for senstitive skon or sensitive skin mustela baby .

My boy had a very similar rash and has had it for almost 4 weeks now I’ve been told it’s a viral infection by 3 drs and no other details how long it will take to go etc I’ve been using aveeno emollient cream which has taken it down slightly but not much

We have done the same thing ! Changed detergents and were using vaseline with no luck its been about 2 weeks... and it come and goes  so w days are worse than others..

We are fighting a similar “rash” my pediatrician thought either allergies or heat rash. She had me switch detergents and slather him up in aquaphor but we are on day 4 and it’s still here 🙃 his comes and goes I’m thinking it may be more of the heat rash.
