Tips on transitioning 15 month old who co sleeps with me into crib 😫

So I was an anxiety filled first time mom. Couldn’t get a wink of sleep unless my son was physically next to me and I could hear him breathing. He slept in a Moses basket in my bed until 5/6 months and once he outgrew that, I continued to have him sleep next to me in my bed. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and know that my life will be so much harder if I don’t get him into his own bed before this baby comes. He’s just so used to being in my room (as am I 😫)... I don’t even know where to begin getting him into his own room and crib. Help.
