Mine was 138/88 last time I went to my Dr at 16 weeks now I'm 19 weeks it's like 116/62 so my app said your blood pressure will get lower the farther into your second trimester u get. But my Dr told me if it gets over 160 to go to the hospital.

So 140/90 or higher during pregnancy is usually cause for monitoring, or even induction during the third trimester. Elevated blood pressure can be a sign of preeclampsia, so it can’t hurt to get checked out at your current blood pressure. If anything, you and your doctor can make a plan to keep your blood pressure in a safe range and to take precautions to help prevent preeclampsia.
