I have recently found out I am expecting and I am only 18 and my boyfriend is 19 . We both know that we are not gonna be able to get an apartment and take care of a baby and both of our parents said it’s fine but the only problem is that my mother is telling me that I can not stay here sometimes and stay over there sometimes during the week. I understand that could possibly be hard on a baby not sleeping in the same place every single night although it would have the same schedule but still I can not do what she is wanting. My mother wants me to stay here full time but my boyfriend is not allowed to stay here and is at work during the day so he would not get to see our baby at all. She keeps telling me that I can not be at both houses and I have to make a choice. She is literally ruining my pregnancy for me because I am dreading having to have the fight with her where I tell her it is unfair for her to make me choose between her and the baby’s father. I am welcome to stay at my boyfriends house but I do not want to leave my family like that but she is being very irrational in my opinion. What should I do ? Is she being crazy or am I ?
