I’m confused

Hi. Can an implantation bleeding be bright red and heavy at the first day (exactly it came on the evening and was light, it started heavy a bit at night), and light in second day and only spotting on third day? Can u all ladies please give me advice as i never had short length of period like that? Last month my period was still lasted 5 days.

Note to add: before that started one day, I took a test one time and that morning one more time, 2 test was negative for pregnant.
