Surgery Jitters

Hey ladies😘 so I’m having surgery next week to get one of my tubes unblocked to see if I can conceive the natural way. I do not have money for IVF so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that my little swimmers don’t get stuck and I end up with a tubal pregnancy and loose the only tube that can be unblocked. Has any of you ladies ever had surgery to unblock your tubes to get preggers and if so did your little swimmer implant in your uterus? Let me know please, I’m a little nervous.
