Have women on here miscarried without realizing you were pregnant?

I never took a test. .

I had experienced brown discharge last month when I thought I was supposed to start my period, and had light spotting. I discarded that as just my period cause I wasnt having anymore symptoms.

Considering my periods are always all over the place.

Then I thought maybe I was pregnant when I was a week late for my period this month, had sore breasts and then a week late I experienced heavy bleeding Saturday, some clots, and awful cramps. It's been light and heavy bleeding on and off. My breasts arent sore no more but everything else hurts and I'm totally tired.

Still havnt tested. Is it took late to test? I just wanted to ask ladies on here before I go see a dr. Maybe I'm having anxiety about it for no reason? I dont know what to do. Because I dont know what is happening.
