Wondering what to do

I miscarried on April 10th at 9 weeks 2 days and the bleeding stopped around the 17th or 20th. I have had cramping since last week and my fiance and I have been intimate since the bleeding has stopped. I haven't gotten my period yet and it been 5 weeks tomorrow since I miscarried. I took a pregnancy test on the 7th and it was to what of looked like to be a negative and on the 10th as well negative and the 13th negative too. I'm confused as to what is happening... any help or advice on what they have gone through something similar would be helpful... also I really think I ovulated around the first of April.
