No appetite and prenatals make me sick!

I switched to taking my prenatals at night and it made a huge difference for me. As so the appetite I always had Lipton’s chicken noodle soup since it was lightweight and wasn’t super filling but still food. Also keep hydrated! I’m 17wks and my appetite is still wonky but do your best!

Take them before bed, with b6 and unisom. That's the only thing that helped me get through the day. As far so the no appetite, just do your best. I literally had to force myself to eat because everything sounded awful. I'm 20 weeks now and just starting to get my appetite back, yet still very sensitive.
