Acne during the TWW

I've had hormonal acne due to PCOS BUT historically I only had it leading up to ovulation and a couple during my period, however this month it's only gotten worse since ovulation. It's horrible along my chin and jaw line.

I took Clomid (4th time) but first time doing the HCG trigger shot. Anyone else had bad acne from it, or could it be that I did get pregnant? My <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> was on 9/13! Your experiences are welcome!
