Breastfeeding mom need of help!!!! ASAPPP

So my baby’s is 3 weeks tomorrow he’s my first. I never had a hard time breastfeeding till 3 days ago when my right nipples started to hurt. It’s definitely cracked Iv been putting nope cream on it but it hurts so bad . How do I get it to heal fast also what do I do to fed him cause it’s my good boob the other I feel runs out of milk fast...
