I have always used the rhythm method, and when I took it, it messed up my cycle so I couldn't keep track. So That's when I got pregnant the first time.

It hits me like a freight train that's a week late. But I have PCOS, so its probably just me being more sensitive to it. Its always worked for me the 3 times I've had to do it.

Also, the study saying it might not work for overweight women is incorrect, as the sample size was only 198 women and the study's results were never repeatable. Its just like if you're taking blood thinners you can't eat spinach due to it's vitamin K content. You'd have to eat an astronomical amount to equal a vitamin k pill used to help thicken up your blood if you've got it too thin.

I would never take plan b, only because I've only heard about negative things that it does to your body from friends and I don't want to go through that.
