Subchorionic hemorrhage????

Who is else has had to deal with this?? Just found out today at my 20 week scan and I gotta go back at 25 weeks to see if it’s healed itself or not. I’m trying to stay positive but it just worries me. Doctor has me not lifting anything 25lbs+ and abstaining from sex and being careful if we do. And also keeping my heart rate down. I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 2 year old and day one ya been tough not picking my sweet boys up.😕

I am 13.5 weeks and today I stood up and had bright red bleeding running down my legs I instantly cried and thought I was miscarrying and at the ER the dr checked and my cervix was closed then the ultrasound showed baby bouncing around with a good heartrate... but they said they seen a pool of blood or tear above baby outside the uterus? So I’m assuming it’s a SCH.... seeing my dr tomorrow and nervous :(

Definitely listen to your doctor. Depending on the size and placement of your SCH, if it ruptures from excessive lifting, bending, or twisting- it has the potential to detach your placenta and stop baby’s heart. My SCH was large, caught early on and had a partial rupture before it was discovered. Thankfully my placenta had attached to the opposite side of my SCH so they weren’t as concerned but I was put on bedrest for a few weeks. Drink plenty of water!
