Lo Loestrin Fe

I have been on the BC for 4 and a half months now. I swear every time I get halfway through a pack I start bleeding. Does anyone else have problems with this? Is it still just my body adjusting. It’s no where near enough to fill a tampon, just a lot of like old blood with a little red blood.
