I took a trigger shot on CD 16 (yesterday)at 5.30 pm. My gynecologist asked me to start taking progesterone from CD 19.

I had 2 follicles on my right ovaries 23mm and 20mm and she said my lining looks perfect and This was yesterday after I got my peak on CBAD.

We did bd on CD15 night at 10.30 pm and today CD 17 at 4 am and will tomorrow night again and one more time on CD 20.

My question is when to take progesterone in the morning with my prenatal or at bedtime?

Also, Do you think it would be enough of bding? My gynecologist said every other day is better for the quality and quantity of the sperms.
