Spotting on depo shot

So crazy as it is I spotted for like 1 hour with a light pink color. I get my next dose of the shot tomorrow & that happened a day ago. I never had my period since being on the shot.. I don’t know if I should be concerned or not. Also had a few signs of pregnancy, but I highly doubt that’s the reason..
