Starting Femara tomorrow! Advice??

Tomorrow is my first round of femara. Trying to make sure I don’t think it’s some miracle drug that will resolve all my issues. What has been everyone’s experience?? How long did it take you to get pregnant after starting? Did it work?

I took letrozole for 5 months. No positive. We are now on round 4 of IUIs plus letrozole and we are in the tww. So 9 months total and no bfp yet. I don’t want to be discouraging at all, but I went in too optimistic and was so so disheartened when month after month it wasn’t working. I still believe it will work, just taking us some time to get there!

Im on day 2 of my first round of femara after 3 failed clomid rounds. So far side effects are way better than on clomid. I really hope femara is better for me than clomid was 🤞🏻 GL!
