Periods scarce and super light?

So since the beginning of the year ive only had two periods. And I’m not sure that I would call them that. The one in January seemed normal at first but on day 2 it was pretty much mild spotting and day 3 it had all but disappeared. The one in March was pretty much mild spotting for four days.

A bit of history: my periods have always been repetitive. 5 days, the last two being light. And it’s always been a 30-35 day cycle. But now I’m looking at 50-60+ day cycles with odd periods. Has anyone had this happen or have any input on this?
