when did I ovulate

Hey , i’m very confused by my FF ovulation estimation. I’m pretty sure i ovulated on CD 19 because that was when my temperature spiked. I got a positive opk the evening of CD 17 ( earlier in the day it was negative ) . FF is sayingI ovulated on CD 17 can you check my chart?

You can override, but I think fertility friend put your ovulation then because you had your most fertile-quality cm then, and you had your positive opk. You can override it, like I said, but also know that in some women, it can take 1-2 days for your temp to increase after ovulation.

Do you usually have a slow rise temp? It certainly looks like CD 19 by temps alone, but with OPKs and CM it looks a day or so earlier. Any way about it, doesn’t matter a ton, what matters is that you ovulated. I’d assume CD 19 so that you don’t go crazy with early testing.
