Highest Post-O Temp ahhhhh!

I had a little bit of nausea yesterday and threw up a small amount. Huge temp jump this morning. This is the highest post-o temps I’ve ever had. I’m usually is the 98.0-98.3 range. Thoughts on my chart? The random temp jump in the first two weeks of my cycle was on a day I felt horrible.

I feel like I’m reaching, so I’m trying to stay calm.
