Splitting migraine 😭

I’ve had this going on 4 days. It’s making me nauseas. Can’t hardly sleep. Can’t take Tylenol so we have been trying hot and cold compresses and peppermint oil but I’m about to bring myself in 😭 what do you ladies do with such bad headaches! 😭
