My recommendation is Byram Health. I have used the 3 times now and love the experience every time. If you know what you want it takes 5mins max to order. Then they take care of all the insurance steps including contacting your doctor or an authorization. They also call to let you know when they have received the paperwork back from your doctor so you're not just sitting around waiting.

I ordered my freemie pump Saturday afternoon, my doctor sent the authorization Monday afternoon, and my pump arrived today. A 2 business day turn around when dealing with insurance is fantastic. You can do it on line or over the phone.
