Any tips on how I can fit baby space in my bedroom?

Hello mamas. I really need help. I have no extra bedroom for a nursery. This is my bedroom. I have a small book shelf and baby's books are in there with my files. A wardrobe with my clothes hanging and baby's clothes in the drawers. This is a temporary solution because I pretty much have only about 20 outfits that fit me so I have the space but later will need baby to have her own wardrobe or cabinet. gonna get a bed that attaches to mine next week. I really want to create some baby space and I don't know where to start.

I plan to get wardrobe with drawers and changing space on top, a crib and some baby art, also want to have a book shelf for the baby books. Like in the photos below

Below is my room.

The other option is to not have a sitting room but make that my baby's room. Am going to be living with baby alone.
