I'm pretty sure my 3 year old has a cold sore, all weekend she's been complaining her lip hurts & she's woken up crying in pain the last 2 days. She had a rash on her back & chest on Saturday, and on her face on Sunday (which have both gone now). Today she woke up crying saying her lip hurt, and she's got what looks like a dried up & really sore, cold sore. She's supposed to go to playschool today but I don't really know wether to take her incase it is a coldsore because I don't want her to infect everyone/thing, but I don't want to keep her off if it isn't. What do I do?
