Get Help!

I'm 4 weeks PP and I thought it was just the baby blues. I thought what I was feeling was normal and I just needed to suck it up and get over it. I thought the anxiety, panic attacks, lack of appetite, insomnia, and overwhelming dread was all part of becoming a new mom. The thing is I felt all of these things all day every day and it was getting worse. I finally told my doctor who put me on medication. I feel NORMAL again! Of course I'm still exhausted and worried about keeping my baby healthy but  also able to enjoy this time. Please, don't wait to ask for help. If you feel this way, tell you r doctor.
