So I’ve been on the combined pill for almost 6 years now (Lucette), and for these years I’ve suffered with depression and such low self-esteem. It’s not until recently I’ve realised it could be the pill!!

I’ve been researching the copper coil, which has no hormones in it whatsoever but I’m also hearing horror stories about people getting it removed, it being painful, etc.

If anyone has any advice or has had the copper coil, I would really appreciate it if you could give me advice!!
