Ovulation with trigger
Tomorrow is my second IUI, but 5th medicated cycle using Femara, follistim, and trigger. I had a follicle scan done this morning and have 3 dominant follicles measuring 19, 22, and 24 mm. I also triggered this morning. So my question is, since I have 3 dominant follicles will all of them ovulate, or just one?
