Prolactin and thyroid

My fiance and i been trying to convince for almost two years now. Im getting my hopes really down. My prolactin and thyroid are always high, Prolactin levels 164 and my thyroid 10.1, as soon as we go off of medication they go back to high. It's been so many negative test pregnancy im so over. My heart broke every time that i heard my fiance that he wishes a baby so he can play with him. Its so devastating that my prolactin and thyroid are always oit of control, plus i have a double uterus that only one of them can carry a little one. I would like to heard any successful stories that had a similar problem like me. How long did it take u to conceive. What are some ways to conceive having prolactin and thyroid out of wack. Thanks
